Looks good

Took a long time coming. Although Apologies was grade A stuff, I’m glad this is not Apologies Pt.2. Early stages but At Mount Zoomer sounds pretty neat.

Year of the veterans

2008 has seen some good records by some good new bands. But it seems the veterans will kick ass this year. Some of the best music of the year so far:

1. Nick Cave and the bad Seeds- Dig Lazarus Dig
2. The Fall- Imperial wax Solvent (Man, the band is on a roll)
3. Portishead- Third
4. Spiritualized- Songs in A&E

This one is beautiful.
