This is a most awesome urban myth, the Carnegie Hall one! :) 'Practice!' Strange but there was once this rich Count's wife who had a terrible voice but booked the entire Hall for her own show.

This “practice” thing is attributed to Arthur Rubinstein. He was asked by someone
